i'm a vietnamese/american illustrator and designer, currently enrolled in college studying fine arts.my main medium is digital art, but i'm comfortable with acrylic paint, and graphite/colored pencils.

additionally: i will not change the skin tones or body types of any characters from any game/series/etc.

- i own all rights to the completed artwork.
- buyer can use work for personal use only (pfps/banners) but may not use work for any type of profit.
- fanart commissions of characters from any game/series/etc. can be used by me additionally for prints or merchandise.
- feeding my work into any A.I. engine is prohibited.
- commercial use and prices must be discussed if you wish to use my work for profit.
- watermark will not be removed.
payment
i accept payment via paypal and venmo only.- 50% of the payment must be paid upfront before i begin the commission and is NON-REFUNDABLE.
- the remaining balance must be paid after sketch/wip is shown and approved before moving forward.
* if for any reason the buyer must cancel the commission AFTER the inital 50% deposit and ONLY BEFORE the sketch/wip is approved, i can give a partial refund → 25% of the total cost minimum is kept by me. **
* if on the occassion i feel i cannot finish the commission at all, a partial refund will be given dependent on how much of the work is completed → 25% of the total cost minimum is kept by me.
* additional fees will be issued to cover the cost of paypal/venmo fees
process
- upon accepting commission request, buyer must discuss in detail the general idea of commission with me.
references are required, moodboards are recommended.
- sketch will be sent for approval or revisions before i begin finishing the artwork → after this point, refunds will be not issued unless prompted by me.
- finalized work will be sent for final approval or revisions.
- once approved, full res png/jpeg work will be sent via dm or email (up to buyer preference).
additional information
- i hold the right to refuse or cancel commissions i do not feel can be completed.
- a surplus amount of revisions/changes can result in additional fees, ESPECIALLY near/after finalization.
- furry art is not preferred work, but accepted. run it by me first lol.
- if you want me to draw anything included on my "don't draw" list you deadass gotta pay me $1000+, not a joke.
- any inappropriate, aggressive, or rude behavior will result in a big fat block from me. if shown during the
process i will cancel the commission and you will only receive a 50% refund.
